THE YELLOW RIBBON RIDE FOR WOUNDED VETERANS

June 22, 2024 - Rider Check-in - 7:30AM - 8:30AM
Check in at the Aspire (In front of the main building of the Eisenhower) to pick up your jersey and get ready to ride!

June 22, 2024 - Ride and Festival day

RIDE START: 8:00AM
The 50+ mile route starts at 8:00am. All other riders must start by 9:30am to avoid the heat of the day. All routes start from the parking lot of the Aspire (adjacent to the main building of the Eisenhower).

AFTER-RIDE LUNCH: 11:30AM-2:00PM
Enjoy a sandwich and a beer on the lawn behind the finish line. After lunch, you can hang out, rest or explore Gettysburg's historic sites.

OUTBACK BARBECUE DINNER and RIDER'S FESTIVAL: 4:30PM - 9:30PM
Rock & Roll band, A.C. and the Resistors will kick off the festival entertainment and an Outback Steakhouse barbecue dinner for Riders and their guests will start at 4:30PM. The Rider's Festival celebration of riders and awards starting at 5:00PM and High Voltage performs from 7:00PM - 9:00PM.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION:

One-Night Stay June 22, 2024 at the Eisenhower Hotel, Gettysburg, PA 
Our room block is in the Aspire which is on the Eisenhower grounds in front of the main hotel building. Indoor pool, Fitness Center, easy access to battlegrounds and other historic sites. 

Ride Support
SAG Support, Rest/Snack Stops. Everyone who raises $500 for the Yellow Ribbon Fund will receive a commemorative Yellow Ribbon Ride Bike Jersey.

Food/Entertainment - Rockin' Rider's Festival
Lunch and a Beer after your ride. Dinner/beer/ wine for riders and their guests and a Rider's Festival featuring High Voltage and a Classic Rock & Soul Band.

RIDER REGISTRATION COST:

(Registration Fees are determined by your choice of accommodations. We have negotiated a lowered rate but this is a hard cost that directly impacts Yellow Ribbon Fund's ratings as a non-profit) 

$175 - RIDER DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
Two riders to a room -- if you don't have a riding buddy to room with, we will pair you with someone awesome!  

$250 - FAMILY/SINGLE OCCUPANCY UPGRADE
If you choose not to share a room with another rider or wish to bring guests/family members (limit 4 people/room).

$75 - RIDE & FESTIVAL ONLY 
Already have a place to stay? You get everything but the Accommodations.

FUNDRAISING:

Rider registration does not fully cover the cost of the ride. We ask that you raise $500 or more for Yellow Ribbon Fund.  Once you have registered, you will receive a link to your personal fundraising page.  Everyone who raises at least $500 will receive a commemorative 2024 Yellow Ribbon Ride Jersey.
